Job summary

A leading IT services firm in the UK is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions. This senior role requires strong Customer Service Management (CSM) expertise, extensive integration experience, and the ability to lead complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow implementations and will work closely with stakeholders to ensure robust, future-proof solutions. This is a contract position based in Surrey, UK, with an immediate start anticipated.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Service Management and ITSM.
• Ability to design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Define and maintain architecture blueprints.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions.

Skills

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect

Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CSM

Extensive integration experience using REST, SOAP, APIs

Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementations

Knowledge of Flow Designer, Orchestration

Experience with third-party integrations

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
