Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Programme Manager to lead multi-site IT programmes across the North West. The role requires three on-site days per week and an umbrella engagement with a day rate plus bonus based on deliverables.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience across Service Transition, Service Introduction, Service Design, and Service Improvement within large, fast-moving organisations and hold ITIL accreditation with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• ITIL accreditation required and clearly stated.
• Experience across multiple programmes with involvement in Service Transition, Service Introduction, Service Design, and Service Improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Transition, Service Introduction, Service Design, and Service Improvement activities.
• Support large-scale programmes spanning multiple sites and business units.
• Work across multiple programmes on a busy roadmap over the next few years.
