Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking a Service Design and Introduction specialist to plan and coordinate resource delivery, ensuring smooth transition of services into operation within an ITIL-aligned framework. You will design service support models, document processes, and coordinate between projects, suppliers, and live services teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience and execution of service design/architecture and Introduction.
• Experience in a high-pressured environment.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate (minimum) or Service Design Lifecycle module preferred.
• Experience of SLA reporting, KPI dashboards and trend analysis.
• Supplier management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel focus).
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Able to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources to ensure services transition successfully into operation.
• Coordinate changes to live services and retirements from live service.
• Design and document ITIL-based service support models.
• Ensure service designs meet capacity, availability, information security and continuity requirements.
• Maintain and update the Service Catalogue with accurate information on services.
