Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is seeking a Service Design and Introduction lead to plan and coordinate resources for transitioning services into operation. You will ensure changes to live services are controlled and aligned with ITIL standards.

The role requires experience in service design/architecture, supplier management, and strong stakeholder communication in a high-pressured environment. ITIL Foundation or Service Design Lifecycle knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering service design/architecture.
• Experience in high-pressured environments.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent Service Design Lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and document service designs aligned with SL targets.
• Design ITIL-based service support models.
• Coordinate between projects, suppliers, and live services teams.
