Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is looking for a Service Design professional to plan and coordinate transitions into service operation, aligning designs with ITIL standards and contractual commitments. You will coordinate with projects, suppliers, and live services teams to ensure accurate Service Catalog updates and governance across capacity, availability, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering service design/architecture projects.
• Experience in high-pressured environments with delivery focus.
• ITIL Foundation or Service Design Lifecycle certification.
• Experience with SLA reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Supplier management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across levels.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work unsupervised.
• Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create service designs in line with agreed SL targets.
• Design and document ITIL-based service support models.
• Contribute to efficiency by standard models and non-functional requirements during onboarding.
• Document supplier responsibilities matching contracts.
• Coordinate between projects, suppliers, Service Operations and live services.
• Update the Service Catalogue with accurate operational info.
• Ensure designs follow capacity, availability, information security and continuity management.
• Identify Operational Level Agreements and underpinning contracts.
• Create/amend standard Service Designs, Servicesheets and user collateral.
• Document process flows across in-scope service support processes.
