Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a strategic, systems-minded Service Designer to join our growing design capability. You’ll lead the mapping of current and future states, aligning digital delivery with policy and operational realities to shape end-to-end services that are accessible and efficient.

You’ll work with content designers, product managers, researchers and technical leads to shape service visions, run workshops, and define structures and journeys that deliver real value for users.

• Set and align around a clear service vision and engage stakeholders.

• Make complex processes visible using blueprints and journey maps.
