Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching design teams to deliver digital services.
• Experience delivering in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams on large transformation projects.
• Aptitude for building strong client relationships and collaborating across teams.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.
• Able to communicate complex business and technical challenges clearly to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members in designing high-profile digital services.
• Work within agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams on transformation projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a key contact in delivery teams.
• Deliver in the UK public sector, conforming to GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments.
• Define outcomes and vision for products and services; run design workshops and sprints.
• Create design concepts and service blueprints end-to-end.
• Analyse user needs and business objectives in complex service areas.
• Prototype and test digital solutions rapidly with users.
