Netcompany, a leading technology consultancy, is seeking a Senior Service Designer to deliver high-profile digital products for UK public sector and private clients. You will span user, technical and business operations to create end-to-end services that meet user needs and deliver real business impact.

You'll lead design workshops, mentor multi-disciplinary teams in agile delivery, and build strong client relationships while navigating regulatory standards such as GDS.

Qualifications

• Experienced service designer who can lead and coach teams to deliver outstanding digital services.
• Work in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams on large and complex transformation projects.
• Adept at building strong client relationships and collaborating across teams and organisations to deliver challenging projects to tight timescales.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.
• Communicate complex business and technical challenges clearly for both audiences; manage stakeholder expectations and navigate difficult discussions.
