Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Senior Service Designer to deliver high-profile digital products and services for UK clients, including public sector engagements. You will partner with stakeholders, apply GDS standards, and drive end-to-end service design across complex transformation programmes.

You will lead design workshops, test prototypes with users, and articulate clear design concepts that meet user needs and deliver business impact in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach delivery teams to design outstanding digital services.
• Work in agile, multi-disciplinary teams on large transformations.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate across organisations.
• Experience delivering in UK public sector; GDS standards and Service Standards.
• Communicate complex business and technical challenges clearly.
