Job summary

Netcompany is recruiting an Interaction Designer to deliver high-profile digital products for the UK market, including public sector projects. You will work across user, technical and business teams to create solutions that meet user needs and deliver business impact.

You will lead design workshops, collaborate with researchers, and rapidly prototype and test ideas with users, while contributing to a culture of agile, multidisciplinary delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in the UK public sector using GOV.UK design system and GDS standards.
• Strong user-centred design experience from concept to delivery.
• Proficient in rapid paper and digital prototyping; collaborates with devs and understands security and hosting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-profile digital products and services for UK organisations.
• Lead design workshops and sprints with stakeholders and users.
• Collaborate with researchers in multi-disciplinary teams to base designs on insights.
