Job summary

Netcompany in the UK is seeking a Senior Service Designer to deliver high-profile digital products and services for the public and private sectors, spanning user, technical and business operations to meet user needs and create impact.

You will lead design workshops, mentor teams, work in agile delivery, and build strong client relationships while navigating complex transformation programmes to deliver value within tight timescales.

Qualifications

• Experienced service designer who can lead and coach teams to deliver outstanding digital services.
• Work in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams on large transformation projects.
• Adept at building client relationships and collaborating across teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.
• Able to communicate complex business and technical challenges clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on design workshops and design sprints with the team, senior stakeholders and users.
• Create design concepts, user experience designs and service blueprints for end-to-end delivery.
• Analyse user needs and business objectives within complex service areas.
• Help define vision and outcomes for products, services and programmes.
• Rapidly design and test digital prototypes with users.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure delivery meets user needs and business goals.
