Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Lead Service Designer to deliver high-profile digital products and services for the UK’s largest organisations and Public Sector bodies. You will work across user, technical and business operations to design end-to-end solutions that meet user needs and deliver societal impact.

You will lead design workshops, rapidly prototype with users, and collaborate with stakeholders in agile delivery teams. Hybrid working model and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experienced service designer who can lead and coach teams to deliver digital services.
• Works in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams on large transformation projects.
• Adept at building client relationships and working collaboratively across teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments.
• Ability to communicate complex business and technical challenges clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-profile digital products and services for UK Public Sector and large companies.
• Span user, technical, and business operations to build end-to-end solutions.
• Lead design workshops and design sprints with team, stakeholders and users.
• Rapidly design and test digital prototypes with users.
• Define vision and outcomes for products, services and programmes.
• Understand user and business needs within complex service areas.
• Analyze objectives and translate them into actionable designs.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a key contact in delivery teams.
