Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Lead Service Designer to deliver high-profile digital products and services for the UK’s largest companies and public sector organisations. You will work across user, technical and business operations to build end-to-end solutions that meet user needs and deliver business impact.

You will lead design workshops, create service blueprints and rapid prototypes while collaborating with stakeholders to define vision and outcomes for programmes.

Qualifications

• Experienced service designer with ability to lead and coach teams to deliver digital services.
• Works in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams delivering new services in large transformations.
• Adept at building client relationships and collaborating across teams to meet tight timelines.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including meeting GDS standards and Service Standard Assessments.
• Able to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and design sprints with team, stakeholders and users.
• Create design concepts, user experiences and service blueprints for end-to-end delivery.
• Help define vision and outcomes for products, services and programmes.
• Rapidly design and test digital prototypes with users.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a key delivery contact.
• Analyse user needs and business objectives within complex service areas.
• Support governance and ensure alignment with strategic aims.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to navigate discussions.
