Qualifications

• Previous/current Service Advisor experience in the motor industry
• Excellent organisation/admin skills
• Upselling experience and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates, book and schedule service/repair work
• Advise on a recommended course of action and accurately invoice for work carried out
• Inform customers of available extras and value products
• Be the main point of contact, offering support and guidance and managing complaints
• Work with the aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Deputise for the Service Leader
