Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited in Chelmsford is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to schedule work based on workload.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager, benefit from ongoing training, and have opportunities for progression within a busy dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales or service advisory roles.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Manage a high-volume of customers and calls daily.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and keep them updated.
• Maintain accurate customer records and bookings in the system.
