Job summary

Lookers Crewe BMW is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team and help maintain a first-class customer experience. You will book MOTs, services and repairs, advise on warranty cover and upsell parts and accessories while liaising with the Aftersales department.

The role offers a 42-hour week, a competitive salary (£29,000 per annum with a bonus up to £6,000) and ongoing brand training. You will work in a busy, customer-focused environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Energetic and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering first-class service.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Experience in automotive service advisory or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload and calls.
• Managing a high volume of customers daily, including calls and online bookings.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining clear communication while their car is in the workshop.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems with bookings.
