Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited's Blackpool Volkswagen dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You’ll be responsible for booking MOTs and services, advising on warranties, and upselling parts while coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule work.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive aftersales is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Manage high-volume customer interactions by phone and online bookings.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain clear communication during servicing.
• Keep accurate customer records and update booking systems.
