We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Service Advisor at our busy Volvo dealership in Hull. As a key member of our service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide guidance and support to service advisers and technicians.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload effectively.
  • Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Service Advisor role in the Motor Trade.

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations and procedures.

Pay: £30,000 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
  • Automotive Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
