We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Service Advisor at our busy Volvo dealership in Hull. As a key member of our service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to service advisers and technicians.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload effectively.
- Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Senior Service Advisor role in the Motor Trade.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations and procedures.
- Proficient in using service management software.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
- Automotive Industry: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
