We’re looking for a skilled Commercial Laundry Service Engineer to provide high-quality maintenance, repair, and servicing of laundry equipment for clients in various sectors, including laundrettes, care homes, and hotels. Job Title: Commercial Laundry Service Engineer

Location: Fully field-based across Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with some weekend and bank holiday work as required. Overtime available if necessary.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine service, maintenance, and repairs of commercial laundry equipment.
• Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
• Serve as the face of the company in the field, maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring high levels of service.
• Collaborate effectively with the office team for scheduling, updates, and client communications.
• Uphold company standards by completing work safely and in line with established procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Commercial Engineer, ideally within a service, repair, or maintenance role.
• Gas Safe certification and a valid UK driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and office teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, field-based environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• A willingness to engage in in-house training to further enhance skills.
