Key Responsibilities
- Maintain courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
- Understand customer requirements, advise on completion times and collection arrangements.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs with workshop control to meet deadlines.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting them into bookings.
- Keep customers informed on repair and service progress through various communication channels.
- Sell products, services, and repairs aligning with customer needs, achieving objectives.
- Invoice completed work and process payments as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental KPIs and objectives.
- Use dealer and manufacturer systems for data entry and record maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
- Strong IT skills; experience with databases is desirable.
- Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and pressure.
- Quick relationship builder.
- Team player attitude.
- Valid driving license with minimal penalties.
