Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Service Advisor in Darlington for a leading main dealer group. You will greet customers, book vehicles into the workshop, and keep them informed of progress throughout servicing and repairs.

Required are 2+ years in a main dealership role, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to after-sales support and upselling. Great earning potential with bonus and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor at a main dealership.
• Experience in automotive/motor trade is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the dealership for servicing and repairs.
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress.
• Support the after-sales function and collaborate with staff across departments.
• Upsell additional products to customers when appropriate.

Salary - Up to £30,520 Basic + Bonus (Up to £1,095pm) OTE £43,662 DOE & Qualifications

Days - Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Saturday morning on a rota, 45 hours per week

Role

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
