Job summary

Confidential in Leeds is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team. The role offers a basic salary up to £30,000 plus bonus and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with Saturday on rota. Benefits include 25 days holiday, car benefit scheme, employee discounts and cycle to work.

You will arrange Service Department bookings, manage workshop loading and customer requests, and upsell works and service plans. Applicants should have prior Service Advisor experience and UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
• Previous experience Upselling.
• Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check.
