Responsibilities

1. Meet and greet service customers, identify their service requirements, and spot opportunities for upselling.
2. Communicate all details effectively to the workshop in a concise manner.
3. Maintain excellent organizational skills and extensive experience with Dealership Management Systems.
4. Work confidently both face-to-face and over the telephone, demonstrating outgoing personality and professionalism.
5. Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
