Salary and Benefits

Salary of £28,858 with £6,000 bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

Role Overview

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will have a passion for customers and enjoy providing a great customer experience. Experience in customer service roles from hospitality, retail, or contact centres is desirable. An interest in cars, whether for their aesthetics or mechanics, is also welcomed.

Essential Requirement: Hold a full UK drivers’ licence.

Responsibilities

1. Providing estimates, booking, and scheduling service/repair work.
2. Advising on recommended actions and accurately invoicing for work carried out.
3. Informing customers of available extras, accessories, and value products.
4. Serving as a main point of contact, supporting and guiding customers, and managing complaints.
5. Collaborating with the aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Deputising for the Service Leader when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

1. Previous or current experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry, with knowledge of efficient department operation and supporting team training.
2. Strong organisational, administrative, and computer skills.
3. Experience in upselling and working comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to maintain high customer service levels while meeting KPIs and deadlines.
