Position: Senior Service Advisor

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand, as well as be enrolled in our aftersales academy.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
2. Book vehicles into the technical workshop.
3. Liaise with the workshop to track vehicle progress and ensure vehicles are ready at the promised time.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, including arranging onward travel, updating customers during their vehicle's service, handing over vehicles, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
5. Maintain thorough product knowledge and update through manufacturer-led training.
6. Adopt a sales approach regarding upselling.
7. Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Motor Industry experience (preferable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and attention to detail

Working Hours and Compensation:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with alternative Saturdays.

Competitive salary with uncapped earnings potential up to £35,000 OTE.
