ð Service Advisor Main Dealership Harlow

ð¼ Full-Time | ð· Basic £30,000 | OTE £45,000

ð Harlow | ð Mon-Fri 08:00-17:30 | 1 in 4 Saturdays (half day)

Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor with a passion for the motor industry? We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to join our main dealership team in Harlow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £45,000 OTE, with a competitive £30,000 basic salary and a supportive, high-performing work environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs.

Your key duties will include:

1. Booking in customer vehicles and managing workshop schedules
2. Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service process
3. Advising on additional work and service packages
4. Preparing accurate job cards and cost estimates
5. Liaising with technicians and parts departments
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

What We're Looking For

- Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised or main dealership

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs

- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability

- Kerridge/Keyloop or similar DMS experience (preferred)

- Full UK driving licence
