Endeavour Automotive Ltd at Alpine Gerrards Cross is seeking a driven Senior Service Advisor ready to step into a Service Manager role. Based at Gerrards Cross, you will lead a focused service team and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will own workshop operations, monitor performance and profitability, and develop colleagues through coaching and day‑to‑day guidance. This is a real opportunity to progress into management within a dynamic Alpine brand.

You may already be an experienced Service Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or a Senior Service Advisor who has the drive, enthusiasm and ambition to progress into management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating the Service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve their objectives.
• Driving departmental performance by maintaining high standards, improving processes and ensuring the department operates efficiently.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by building strong relationships, managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally.
• Taking ownership of the customer journey, ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and positive experience.
• Supporting and developing colleagues through effective leadership, coaching and day-to-day guidance.
• Managing workshop and service operations to ensure workloads are planned effectively and work is completed to the required standards.
• Monitoring performance and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, customer satisfaction and overall results.
• Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to support business objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Leading by example, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience within an automotive Service department, ideally as a Senior Service Advisor or Service Manager.
• Is ready to take the next step and has the ambition to develop into a successful Service Manager.
• Has the drive, enthusiasm and work ethic to motivate others and get the best out of a team.
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understands the importance of customer satisfaction.
• Is commercially aware, with an understanding of departmental performance, productivity and profitability.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
• Leads by example, sets high standards and takes pride in delivering results.
• Is proactive, solutions-focused and thrives on a challenge.
• Wants to develop their career with a progressive business and an exciting automotive brand.

You don't need to have held the title of Service Manager before. If you have a solid Service background, the right attitude and the ambition to step up, we want to hear from you.
