Our client is an established Automotive Franchise Dealership currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Colchester area.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary package and a range of benefits:

• Attractive commission structure based on upsell potential (£300–£400 per month)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
• Saturday morning rota during summer months
• Warm and friendly environment within a busy aftersales department
• Full-time, permanent contract

Duties:

1. Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle repairs
2. Produce Job Cards using in-house computer systems
3. Update customer and vehicle records
4. Prepare and complete invoices
5. Advise customers on estimated costs and repair timescales

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor within a Main Dealer environment, be customer-focused, and capable of upselling effectively.
