Senior Service Advisor - Canterbury, Kent

We are working with a Main Car Dealership in the Canterbury area of Kent, actively seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
2. Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
3. Selling additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
4. Advising on timescales and collection arrangements
5. Producing job cards on in-house computer systems
6. Updating customer and vehicle records
7. Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
8. Preparing and completing invoices

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor garage
• Full driving licence

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent rapport, and the ability to deliver great CSI results, along with confidence in up-selling opportunities.
