Job summary

Parsonage Grill, part of The Oxford Collection, seeks Senior Waiting Staff to uphold high standards in a five-star setting. You will lead host teams, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across service shifts in a formal, atmosphere-focused restaurant in Oxford.

The role offers training, development opportunities and a supportive team culture, with a 40-hour week and a competitive hourly OTE. Part-time hours may also be considered.

Qualifications

Experience in similar roles in five-star establishments.
Ability to lead, inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
Strong passion for hospitality, food and wine.

Responsibilities

Act as ambassador upholding high service standards.
Assist management with induction and training of new staff.
Oversee training and product knowledge across the team.
Support with probation reviews and daily shift briefings.
Welcome guests warmly and manage service to maximise revenue.
Upsell wine and beverages and record sales accurately.
