Job summary

The Oxford Collection's Parsonage Grill in Oxford is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will be trusted to run a section during service, following recipe and presentation specifications, and maintain prep levels to ensure smooth service.

We offer a 45-hour week, a pay rate up to £15.96 per hour (£37,346 per year) and benefits including meals on duty, staff discounts, pension, and opportunities for development within the group.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under intense pressure.
• Passion for cooking seasonal ingredients.
• Experience in similar restaurants is beneficial; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Run a section confidently during service.
• Follow recipe and presentation specifications.
• Maintain prep levels appropriate to service.
• Store deliveries promptly and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
