Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards and act as an ambassador for the team.
• Assist with induction and training of new staff.
• Train existing staff on service standards and product knowledge.
• Support managers with shift briefings and daily operations.
• Welcome guests warmly and manage guest needs during service.
• Upsell wine, beverages, and daily specials to maximise revenue.
• Record sales and handle payments accurately.
