Job summary

Parsonage Grill, located within the five-star Old Parsonage Hotel, Oxford, is seeking Waiting Staff to join our intimate, bohemian dining team. You will help deliver a memorable guest experience and showcase our passion for local, seasonal cuisine.

We offer a 40-hour week on a Monday–Sunday rota with the possibility of part-time hours. Expect competitive pay up to £18 per hour, plus service charge, meals on duty, staff discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK must be proven.
• Two references should be available on request.
• Experience in a busy restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with attentiveness and warmth.
• Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and check guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area throughout service.
• Work as part of a small team to ensure smooth service.

Parsonage Grill is part of ‘The Oxford Collection’; a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments, three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles, Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant & Bar, and Quod Restaurant & Bar. We are looking for some Waiting Staff to join our team at the Parsonage Grill.

We offer a sensible shift pattern, across a 40-hour working week (Monday to Sunday rota with two days off) with an OTE up to £18.00 per hour, including non-contractual tronc (service charge).

Part-time hours may also be considered.
