Job summary

Parsonage Grill at The Old Parsonage Hotel in Oxford is seeking Senior Waiting Staff to uphold the venue's intimate, five-star ambience and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, train new colleagues, and help maintain service excellence across all shifts.

The role offers a 40-hour week with a rota, with part-time hours considered. A competitive hourly rate with an OTE up to £19.50 per hour (service charge included) is available, reflecting the prestige of a 5-star

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Experience leading and motivating teams in service roles.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Experience in 5-star establishments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of high standards across staff.
• Assist with induction and training of new employees.
• Oversee training in service standards and product knowledge.
• Support management in staff development and probation reviews.
• Lead hosting shifts and assist with daily briefings.
• Maintain personal presentation and behaviour to reflect the brand.
