Job summary

THG Beauty seeks an hands-on SEO Manager to drive organic growth across our beauty ecommerce brands. You will own strategy and execution end-to-end, from technical SEO to content planning, while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Merchandising teams.

Lead audits, optimise product pages and PLPs, and scale insights with AI/LLM tools. Expect a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with room to influence across THG’s global brands.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in SEO, ecommerce focused.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO strategy and roadmap for Beauty brands; align to revenue targets.
• Lead technical audits and fixes across crawlability, indexing, and site structure.
• Develop scalable, search-led content strategies and landing pages.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance insights and forecast growth.
• Embed SEO into trading calendars and cross‑functional plans.
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.
