Job summary

THG Beauty’s Cult Beauty business invites an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own non-UK trading, primarily EU markets, working with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to forecast and execute the commercial plan. You’ll drive daily site and app performance, run a robust test-and-learn agenda, and be accountable for revenue, GP and KPI delivery across territories.

You’ll lead 1–2 Ecommerce Executives, partnering with central marketing, buying and merchandising to tailor campaigns for EU customers,

Qualifications

Proven ecommerce trading experience in a fast-paced online retail environment.
Strong forecasting, budgeting and KPI management.
Hands-on on-site and app trading execution and merchandising.
Experience designing and running CRO programmes with data-driven actions.
Excellent analytics mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and forecast sales budgets and territory calendars across EU markets.
Lead end-to-end site and app trading execution, pricing, promotions and content.
Own test & learn CRO roadmap and translate results into actionable site improvements.
Monitor daily revenue, GP and KPI performance; take corrective trading actions.
Collaborate with marketing, buying, CRM and data teams to drive traffic and conversions.
Prepare regular trading reports and performance summaries for senior stakeholders.
Line manage 1–2 Ecommerce Executives and mentor on trading execution and analytics.
