Job summary

THG is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to strengthen online performance for THG Beauty’s subscription brands. You will support onsite execution, campaign delivery and performance reporting, helping trading plans come to life across flagship beauty brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce, digital or marketing (or relevant placement).
Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
Change Management: understand business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

Onsite Execution & Merchandising: manage homepage, landing pages, and ensure accuracy of content and live offers.
Campaign Delivery: assist setup and execution of campaigns, coordinate with Marketing and CRM.
Performance & Reporting: support daily/weekly KPIs, highlight risks/opportunities, drive data-informed decisions.
Collaboration: work with Ecommerce, Marketing, Sourcing and Operations and share insights across teams.
