Job summary

THG Beauty in Manchester is seeking a UK Ecommerce Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive daily trade plans, budgeting, and revenue/phasing in collaboration with the Senior Ecommerce Manager.

You will own campaign processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with marketing to optimise performance. The role requires strong data skills, Excel proficiency, and leadership to develop the team.

Qualifications

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent Excel skills including advanced formulas and reporting.
• Experience planning and phasing revenue and GP with stakeholders.
• Proven track record in ecommerce, trade plans and budgeting.
• Ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own daily trade plans and budgets in alignment with Senior Ecommerce Manager.
• Phasing, reforecasting and revenue/GP planning with channel managers.
• Lead end-to-end campaign processes including marketing and merch.
• Monitor KPI performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop team capabilities and onboard new starters.
