Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to drive online performance for its subscription brands. You will help execute onsite content, merchandising and campaigns while reporting on performance metrics. A data-driven mindset will guide trading actions to optimise GP, AOV and traffic.

The role requires ecommerce or digital marketing experience, strong organisational skills and collaboration across teams. Based in Manchester, with a comprehensive benefits package and onsite resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital or marketing environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Change Management: ability to prioritise and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support homepage, landing pages and onsite merchandising updates.
• Assist with campaign setup, execution and timeliness of launches.
• Support daily/weekly performance reporting and KPI tracking.
• Analyse data to identify risks and opportunities and influence actions.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Sourcing and Operations.
