Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to drive online performance for our subscription portfolio. You’ll own onsite execution, campaign delivery and performance reporting across a leading Glossybox in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll analyse data to explain the "why" behind actions and work with Ecommerce, Marketing, Sourcing and Operations to optimise Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital or marketing (or relevant placement).
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
• Change Management: understand business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support homepage, landing pages and onsite merchandising delivery.
• Ensure content, products and offers are accurate and live on time.
• Independently set up all offer types; act as point of contact for teammates.
