Job summary

Prime in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth by booking qualified meetings and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers.

You’ll make around 80 outbound calls per day, supported by LinkedIn and email campaigns, and work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth handover and rapid progression to a BD Manager role within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong work ethic, energy, resilience and consistency.
• Confidence on the phone with the ability to handle objections.
• Commercial awareness when engaging senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Make around 80 outbound calls per day with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
• Engage senior decision-makers and identify business challenges.
• Generate qualified opportunities and book meetings/demos.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers for smooth handovers.
• Own performance with clear activity and results targets.
