Job summary

This Is Prime in Leeds is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate new business and create opportunities for the wider sales team in a fast-growing SaaS company. Your day will include outbound calling, multi-channel prospecting and speaking with business owners to uncover challenges and book product demonstrations, with clear progression into full-cycle roles.

You will join a trusted product and a growing base of customers, with competitive OTE and uncapped commission supporting

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence speaking to people over the phone.
• Strong work ethic and resilience.
• Competitive mindset and drive to meet targets.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take coaching.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Making 75+ outbound calls per day.
• Prospecting through phone, email and other channels.
• Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Understanding customer challenges and identifying opportunities.
• Qualifying prospects and booking product demonstrations.
• Building and managing your own pipeline.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
