Seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative with strong phone-based prospecting skills, confidence on calls, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally B2B.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and reaching senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• New business prospecting: around 80 outbound calls daily with LinkedIn and email support.
• Engage senior decision-makers and identify business challenges to create interest.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for the BDM team.
• Collaborate closely with BDMs to ensure smooth handover from outreach to sales meeting.
• Own performance with clear activity and results targets.
