Adecco is recruiting for an experienced scheduling coordinator to join a growing business in the Dunmow area, Essex. The role focuses on planning and scheduling field-based teams, booking customer jobs and ensuring smooth execution from initial booking to completion.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience scheduling engineers or similar field-based crews, excellent diary management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining clear customer communication.

Qualificações

• Previous experience scheduling engineers, technicians, or field-based teams.
• Strong diary and workload management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and make scheduling decisions.
• Strong organisation and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate busy daily and weekly schedules.
• Book and allocate customer jobs and schedule field engineers.
• Plan workloads by location, availability and job requirements.
• Organise travel and routes between customer sites.
• Update customers throughout the process and obtain necessary information.
• Prepare job packs and documentation; maintain records in systems.
• Respond to changes, cancellations and urgent requests.
• Proactively identify scheduling issues and resolve them.
