Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Time Management) to lead and deliver Employee Central projects. You will guide scoping, design, configuration, integration, and support while collaborating with clients and internal teams to maximize business value.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies, professional development, and opportunities to influence our HCM practice across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong knowledge of Employee Central and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Employee Central projects that meet client expectations.
• Lead design, configuration, integration and support for Employee Central projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams to promote collaboration.
• Support thought leadership activities, including forums, seminars and blogs.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in business development activities and proposal planning.
• Document detailed designs and ensure alignment with client processes.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors developments to maintain a competitive edge.
