Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to function as a functional expert across Employee Central and Time Off & Time Tracking. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into robust designs, and ensure configurations deliver maximum value.

The role may involve leading functional workstreams and small teams on longer projects. You will configure workflows, data migrations, and security, while producing quality design documents and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Serve as the functional expert for EC and Time Off & Time Tracking modules.
• Lead a workstream and/or support design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC and Time Off & Time Tracking functionality.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules.
• Support data migration, integrations with Payroll/Finance/Talent, and security design.
• Produce functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Guide junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities
