Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support the delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This hands-on role requires strong expertise across EC, Time Off, MDF, Position Management and HR data migration, delivering scalable EC solutions.

You will lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders and drive HR data automation, security and workflow enhancements across core HR and employee data environments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations.
• Strong EC configuration across Foundation Objects and MDF.
• Experience with Time Off, RBP and Position Management.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors EC including Time Off, MDF, Position Management, workflows and RBPs.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, data models and provisioning settings.
• Implement Position Management and position-to-job synchronization.
• Develop workflows, alerts, rules, notifications and employee documentation.
• Manage EC security, including RBP groups and country-specific criteria.
