Job summary

Accenture is recruiting an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work across Employee Central and Time Management modules. Based in the UK, you will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions and lead functional workstreams.

You will configure workflows, data mappings and security, support integrations with Payroll and Finance, and mentor junior consultants while delivering value in complex delivery engagements.

Qualifications

• Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Experience leading EC and Time Off workstreams.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data migration and integrations with Payroll, Finance, Talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams or small teams on projects.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors designs and configurations.
• Configure EC and Time Off workflows, rules, and permissions.
• Support data migration and integrations with Payroll, Finance, Talent modules.
• Produce functional specifications and end-user documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and knowledge transfer.
• Stay up-to-date on AI and HR technology trends.
