Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This hands-on role requires strong expertise across EC, Time Off, MDF, Position Management, RBP, and HR data migration.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders, leading workshops and delivering scalable EC solutions across core HR, employee data, security, workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• UK resident with valid right to work status.
• Extensive hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience.
• Strong experience with EC modules: Time Off, MDF, Position Management, Workflows and RBP.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows and RBP.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, data models, provisioning settings and scheduled jobs.
