Job summary

Focus on SAP seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role covers EC, Time Off, MDF, Position Management, workflows and HR data migration, working with business and IT stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, design scalable EC solutions and ensure secure access for global HR data. Contract role with hybrid setup and UK-based work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• UK resident with valid right to work status.
• 2–3 end-to-end Employee Central implementations.
• Strong hands-on EC configuration across Foundation Objects, HRIS elements and MDF objects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, MDF objects and Position Management.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF objects, configuration UI, data models and provisioning settings.
• Configure Position Management, job synchronization, org charts and code generation.
• Develop workflows, alerts, business rules, notifications and documentation for HR processes.
• Manage EC security and access, including RBP groups and country-specific criteria.
• Support EC Time Off and absence management across complex HR processes.
